Effective October 18, 2026. PrimeAuto Dent Removal ("PrimeAuto," "I," "me") is a mobile paintless dent repair business based in Kalkaska, Michigan, owned and run by Ethan Jackman. This policy explains what information I collect and how I use it.

What I collect

When you text, call or email me, I receive your phone number or email address, your name if you share it, the photos and videos you send, details about your vehicle and its damage, and where the repair will happen. If you book a repair, I keep the estimate and invoice for my records.

This website does not ask you to create an account. Like most websites, the host may log basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

How I use it

I use your information to price and schedule your repair, to communicate with you about it, to send estimates and invoices, and to keep business and tax records. I may use software tools to help manage messages, estimates and scheduling.

What I don't do

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share your phone number or text messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who else sees it

Your information is handled by the services I use to run the business, such as my phone and texting provider, my estimating and invoicing software, my payment processor and this website's host, only as needed to provide those services. I may also share information when the law requires it.

Photos of repairs

I sometimes post before-and-after photos and videos of repairs on this site and my social channels. I don't show license plates or personal details. If you don't want your vehicle shown, tell me and I won't use it.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you, except records I must keep for tax or legal reasons. Text STOP to (231) 492-6033 to stop receiving text messages.
